At our store, we specialize in carefully curated pre-owned luxury items. Due to the nature of these products, please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must have our original security tag attached
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- All included accessories must be present (e.g., dust bag, box, lock, keys, straps, etc.)
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Condition Requirements
- Items must be returned in the exact condition as purchased
- Items showing any new wear, damage, or signs of use after delivery will not be accepted
- Returns with missing components will be denied
Return Process
- Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your item to initiate a return
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Only returns shipped using our label will be accepted, as all items must be insured and require signature upon delivery
Returns sent without our authorized label will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2ā4 business days
- In rare cases, processing may take up to 10 business days
Return Shipping Fee
- A flat $50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
